The company is part of an international multi-industry holding company ARD Group and has a long history of international operation in the field of financial services and management consulting.
Originally, ARD Consulting was established as a subdivision of the Group, the mission of which was to search for and to develop investment projects in order to subsequently compile a portfolio of assets in different sectors of economy.
Eventually, ARD Consulting has become an independent company and now works with international clients in Russia, Italy, Malta, Israel and Switzerland.
ARD Consulting approaches every single project individually regarding each one of them as a unique one and taking into account all the specific features of the client, including its activities and the current market conditions.
For each project, we create a separate team consisting of specialists and external experts whose area of expertise corresponds to the project’s field of knowledge.
ARD Consulting cooperates closely with the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce benefiting from its long experience of foreign trade and extensive connections in the business community.
ARD Group
The Group was incorporated to combine companies engaged in different businesses such as production, tourism, trade and others. The Group was formed through the merger of a major Russian company ICM, which has been consulting and providing financial services to the Russian and Western companies for 15 years, and the Italian company ARD s.r.l., which specializes in assisting the Italian and Russian businesses with their cooperation in various fields.
